Subscription Cancellation Policy

If you've subscribed to a NadFuel Subscribe & Save plan, your order will automatically renew and ship every 2 months at your discounted subscription price, until you choose to cancel.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, in one of two ways:

1. Through your account — log in to your account on our website, go to your subscription details, and select cancel.
2. By contacting us — email nadfueluk@gmail.com with your order details and we'll process the cancellation on your behalf.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancelling your subscription stops all future shipments. It does not affect or refund any order that has already been processed or shipped — those are handled under our separate 60-Day Guarantee, not this policy.

If you cancel before your next scheduled billing date, you will not be charged again. If your next order has already been processed or shipped at the time you cancel, that shipment will still arrive as normal, and your subscription will end after that.

No Long-Term Commitment

There is no minimum number of shipments required and no cancellation fee. You're free to cancel after your first order if you choose to.

Pausing Instead of Cancelling

If you'd like to delay your next shipment rather than cancel entirely, contact us at nadfueluk@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate a pause or delay to your next billing date.
