Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Processing includes preparing and packing your order before it's handed over for delivery. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once processed, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. This means the total time from order to delivery is generally around 4–7 business days, though this can vary during periods of high demand or due to circumstances outside our control (such as courier delays).

Delivery Cost

Free UK delivery is included on all orders, one-time and subscription.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at nadfueluk@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not able to redirect or amend an order once it has been dispatched. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at nadfueluk@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before it ships.
